New Year’s Resolutions for 2015

  1. RUN. Every other day, or at least 3-4 times a week. And yoga/stretches/strength.
  2. On free days, go to sleep no later than 12, and get up no later than 10.
  3. Draw/Paint/Make Art once a week at least.
  4. Make better food choices: eat more salads for lunch (eat more lunch in general).
  5. Try a new Recipe every week.
  6. Love my true friends, Forget all the others.
  7. On free days, (unless exercising first thing) shower, dress, and breakfast after waking up.
  8. Go places on my own.
  9. It’s 2015. Make a 5-year plan for 2020.
  10. Start writing in a journal again.
